Deborah Hill | Backstop Solutions Group

 
Deborah is the Director of Professional Services for Backstop Solutions Group, a SaaS company serving the alternative investment community. Deborah leads teams of Project Managers, Consultants and Software Engineers who provide both initial implementation and ongoing services for Backstop‘s suite of products.

Prior to joining Backstop in 2008, Deborah was a Global Practice Director with Kronos where she managed a team of Project Managers and Consultants focused on Fortune 50 clients. Prior to Kronos she was Vice President of Consulting Resources with PeopleSoft, managing 220 employees in 10 practices across 7 service lines.

Her expertise includes; services sales, P&L management, project management, change management, training, merger planning, and business planning.

Deborah holds a BA in Economic Theory from Wheaton College, an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a certificate in International Business from Cambridge University. While in college she also taught English on three levels in Japan.

She is a member of 100 Women in Hedge Funds, speaks fluent German and recently climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
