Previously, Tom served as a Special Assistant Attorney General, whereby he was involved in corporate tax litigation concerning domestic and international/off-shore entities and transactions. Such followed positions with the Tax and Bond Division of the Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago and with the Illinois Retail Merchants Association.
